  • Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Melbourne by Australia Post to arrive
    within 7-10 business days from receipt of your order. (During Christmas & festive period,
    orders may take between 14 – 21 days)
  • Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday therefore
    a business delivery address is preferred.
  • PO Box addresses are NOT accepted.
  • Artist Lane is not responsible for any damage after delivery.
  • All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the
    day of delivery.

  • A minimum purchase excluding delivery of $500 applies.

Returns

  • Returns are for damaged goods only. Change of mind will not be accepted.
  • To return any damaged item, please contact us by email info@artistlane.com.au
    within 72 hours of delivery.
  • All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt.
  • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your request
    to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.
  • Artist Lane is not responsible for any damage after delivery.

Steps to take in the unfortunate event that you’re not satisfied.

  • When you receive your artwork and you’re not satisfied, please email us at info@artistlane.com.au within 24 hours and we will organise an artist courier to pick up the artwork and return it to it’s original location.
  • Unfortunately as there are costs involved in transporting such valuable cargo, the cost of transport will be deducted from your refund.
  • The refund of the artwork could take up to 7 working days to be transferred into your account.
